Rajeev H V is an Engineering Leader with extensive experience in Quality Management, Technical Leadership, Agile methodologies, Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Case Design, Test Automation, Data Structures and Algorithms, Java, Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, and GIT. He is currently the Engineering Lead Test at Unacademy, where he is building high-performing technical teams and delivering test strategy, automation framework, and tooling solutions that continuously improve the product's quality and time-to-market. Rajeev's team is responsible for moving services to continuous deployment and adding automated workflows to improve release speed and quality. They define operational excellence goals for various feature development teams in the organization and work with them to implement best practices, processes, thereby improving developer productivity and reducing operational load. Rajeev has around 9+ years of expertise in QA methodologies, design and development of UI and Service Level Automation. He has worked with engineering, product, design & tech support teams to continually eliminate quality risks and improve software testing practices. Rajeev has a proven track record of driving critical initiatives, building UI test automation, and establishing traceability of use cases. He has driven analysis of post-release quality and defect escapes, proposed constructive solutions, and implemented improvements. Rajeev has also mentored and reviewed the work of peers and junior engineers. Rajeev has worked for Amazon as a Quality Assurance Engineer II, where he contributed to the optimization of the test framework to accommodate Lifestage use-cases. He has also actively contributed to mentoring and on-boarding peers for their career development. Rajeev has also worked for Bosch as a Project Engineer, where he worked on gas sensors in healthcare applications such as Breathalyzer, Halitosis (Bad breath) detection, and Ketosis (Ketones in breath) detection. Rajeev holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PES and a Master's Degree in Bio-Medical Signal Processing and Instrumentation from B. M. S. College of Engineering. His tech stack includes test, QA, UI, SDET, Selenium, iOS, Mobile, CI/CD, Android, Java, and Integration.
